(1) Vendor needs to provide state legislative advocacy services to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA. • Provide state legislative advocacy services include to, assisting with state government affairs, including legislative advocacy and strategic advice to advance priorities before the legislature, the governor’s office and administration, and state agencies• Provide strategic guidance to develop and implement state advocacy strategies.• Assist with targeted outreach to key state legislative offices, committees, and agencies, engaging with legislators, committee staff, administration officials, and state agency representatives• Advise on the development and presentation of briefing materials and assist with drafting advocacy materials• Provide recommendations on advancing, amending, supporting, or opposing legislation and regulatory proposals.• Maintain awareness of political dynamics and advise Metropolitan on necessary engagement• Assist with legislative correspondence, testimony, hearing questions, appropriations requests, and provide input on state reports.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Oct 14, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
