(1) Vendor needs to provide website platform redesign, migration, testing and launch services using content management system.– Migrate public website from Webflow to a more user–friendly platform, refresh its visual and user experience design, and implement website analytics aligned with organizational key performance indicators. – Provide a complete migration, redesign, testing, launch, documentation, and knowledge–transfer solution.– Website Platform Selection: Recommended CMS, platform functionality, scalability, security, and ease of administration.– Website Migration: Migration of existing website pages, content, images, documents, and other digital assets from Webflow.– User Experience and Navigation: Improved information architecture, navigation, and accessibility of program information.– Responsive Design: Compatibility with desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.– SEO Preservation: URL mapping, redirects, metadata migration, and measures to minimize loss of existing search visibility.– Migrate all approved pages, content and digital assets from the existing site.– Website development and content migration.– Website launch, cutover, and measures to minimize downtime.– Post–launch monitoring, issue resolution, and support procedures.– Website redesign and UX/UI development.– Analytics implementation and dashboard development.– Website loading speed and performance optimization.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 09, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
