(1) Vendor needs to provide codes market progress evaluation report service to the government authority located in Oregon. • Conduct regular to inform strategy and enable teams to measure progress toward the outcomes documented in their logic models.• Review the updated Codes Program logic model and refine the associated progress indicators and make recommendations regarding indicator selection, evaluability and measurement cadence.• Proposing metrics and measuring progress against those metrics for progress indicators for newly added or substantially revised logic model outcomes.• Assessing the feasibility, reliability, and usefulness of proposed indicators.• Recommending appropriate measurement frequency for each indicator.• Identifying opportunities to streamline and strengthen longitudinal tracking across future• On–demand and live trainings, available to the mass market1 to build awareness and capacity to engage with new technologies, code measures, and building practices(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Nov 13, 2026.
