(1) Vendor needs to provide professional water distribution and wastewater collection master plans services to the government authority located in Mandan, ND.– The plan completed an update to the planning service area map; provided a water use characterization; projected future water demands; delivered a comprehensive, calibrated, and up–to–date water model; provided a fire flow analysis; developed infrastructure improvements; and provided a capital improvement project (CIP) plan which included proposed schedules for completion and cost estimates.– Capital Improvements Planning:a. Develop a list of prioritized improvement projects for each utility.b. Develop planning level cost estimates for proposed improvement projects.c. Collect information on the Utility's current practices for asset renewal and refurbishment.– Project Data Deliverables:a. GIS data exports including attributed model results.b. Hydraulic Models.– Community Engagementa. Assist the City in communicating project objectives and benefits to stakeholders and the public.– Existing System Hydraulic Analysis:a.
