Vendor needs to provide ballot packet printing and mailing services to the government authority located in Annapolis, MD.– Printing – Ballots:– Ballots are always double sided and may be multiple pages.– Ballot sizes may be 11–inch, 14–inch, and 17–inch. – Printing – Test Decks:– Test decks are pre–marked ballots used before each election to verify the accuracy of the voting system. – Provide at least two test decks per jurisdiction before ballot printing can start.– Producing – Envelopes:– Each ballot packet includes two envelopes – an outgoing envelope and a return envelope.– There are two types of return envelopes – one for military and overseas voters and one for domestic, civilian voters. – Inserts other than ballots printing.– Envelopes printing.
