Vendor needs to provide freedom 250 great American state fair initiative services.– commercial and cultural engagement and celebrate 250 years of American independence and achievement through an authentic Great American State Fair experience that promotes appreciation of America’s unique culture, entrepreneurship, creativity, and innovation, and furthers lasting connections between American and Emirati communities– Deliver a high–quality Great American State Fair experience that attracts a minimum of 20,000 visitors and showcases the full range of American innovation, entrepreneurship, creativity, culture, and heartland traditions through immersive and interactive activities– Facilitate participation by at least 30 American culinary and retail vendors, and a wide range of cultural exhibitors, creating opportunities to highlight American commercial products, businesses, creativity, and entrepreneurship.– Generate broad visibility for the United States and Freedom 250 through the event, to include extensive digital engagement and media coverage, reaching a minimum of 500,000 individuals through in–person attendance, traditional media, and social media platforms.– Tourism, hospitality, creative industry, cultural sector stakeholders, business associations and decision makers interested in exploring commercial opportunities with America.– Mid–career and senior–level professionals, decision–makers, institutional leaders, investors, and industry experts across sectors including agriculture and food industries, retail industry, artificial intelligence, education, sports, media, cultural heritage preservation, entertainment, and emerging technologies.
