(1) Vendor needs to provide paratransit, demand accessible, and fixed route shuttle operation and maintenance services to the government authority located in San Rafael, CA. • Manage and operate select access paratransit and mobility service programs, the access call center, and select transit fixed route shuttle routes• Responsible for the operation and maintenance for these services, as well as providing support for these services through the access call center, including service scheduling and dispatch, support for access program enrollment and administration, providing information and resources to passengers, and providing customer service.• Call Center operates seven days a week between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, PST, including weekends and holidays.• Call Center staff assist Marin Access enrolled riders book trips for paratransit and other demand response programs, support the intake process for new riders, educate older adults.• Provide sufficient staff to meet call center demand including both English and Spanish speaking representatives during all hours of call center operation• Provide access to on–demand translation services to assist callers speaking other languages• Dispatchers will need to be trained to respond to customer service incidents, supervision support, and may be required to support coordination between road supervision, administration, maintenance, and other parties.• Collecting and reporting operations and maintenance data, including regular reporting to Transit.• Collecting, reconciling, and depositing farebox revenue.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Sep 4, 2026.
