(1) Vendor needs to provide dosimetry badges and radiation processing services to the government authority located in NY.– Dosimetry badges:– 4 element dosimeter badge Badge with a minimal reportable dose of 10 mrem.– Energies measured: X–ray.– Accreditation: the laboratory processing the badges must be accredited by the national voluntary laboratory accreditation program.– Processing services:– Badge exchange frequency: quarterly.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 9, 2026.
