INTRODUCTION Request for Bid Number 2002-RFB-0074 is to establish two or more contracts for: Sewer Rodding and Vactor Truck Services for Sacramento County Facilities, in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions set forth herein. The contract period will be for a maximum of six years (initial two-year term, plus two optional two-year extensions. Recent expenditures have averaged about $61,000 per year. The resultant contract awards are not intended to cover any sewer system repairs, alterations or demolition exceeding $6,500 per project.
