Vendor needs to provide heating plant controls and SCADA system replacement services to the government authority located in Buffalo, New York.• The design, supply, integration, testing and commissioning of boiler burner management systems, balance of plant controls and a SCADA system for steam plant facility.• Provide complete engineering and design for the Boiler Burner Management Systems (BMS) and Combustion Control Systems (CCS) in accordance with NFPA 85 and applicable NEC standards.• The system shall include fully integrated PLC–based controls, safety interlocks, and combustion strategies.• Provide two UL508A–listed boiler control panels, including PLCs, HMIs, relays, field terminals, circuit protection, and associated instrumentation.• All wiring shall be labeled and installed per industry standards.
