(1) Vendor needs to provide interior way finding signage service.– The design and specification of anew wayfinding sign program that leverages the existing zone letters, creates a new, more intuitive room numbering system and retrofits existing room identity signage to deploy the new room numbers and harmonize visually with the new wayfinding signage.– The project will result in signage construction documents for the new signage, existingsign retrofits, room numbering plans, and sign demolition plans as need.– Deliverables to be in two parts; 11x17 and 30x42 electronic set in PDF format.– Technical sign type drawings– Sign installation height typical elevations– Sign location plans– Sign message schedule– New room numbering floor plans with existing room numbers– Sign demolition plans identifying signs that are to be removed– Interior sign categories included in submittal– Wayfinding (directional signs, directories, destination identification)– Retrofit components for existing room ID signs(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) This bid is set aside for total small business.
