(1) Vendor needs to provide housing action plan, comprehensive plan strategic growth element and comprehensive plan water supply element services.– Responsible for guiding all aspects of the project, including coordination, public engagement, technical evaluation, and preparation of final deliverables– Responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive public and stakeholder engagement strategy for all project components, including the strategic growth element, water supply element, and housing action plan, to ensure recommendations reflect community priorities and local conditions.– Proactive, highly responsive, solution–oriented, and capable of maintaining project momentum from project initiation through adoption(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 9, 2026.
