(1) Vendor needs to provide Genesys cloud contact center licenses, maintenance, AppFoundry, AI tokens and professional services.        – Genesys Cloud AI Experience tokens, which are a flexible, consumption–based pricing model used to pay for Genesys AI features such as Agent Copilot, bots, and predictive routing on a pay–as–you–go basis. – Genesys pre–sales, call center design and engineering, support, maintenance, electronic invoices, account management, and professional services.– Provide multi–factor authentication for their employee remote access to all internal and cloud–based systems.– Provide a solution to conduct tests at least annually to ensure successful restoration.– Genesys Cloud CX 1 named license.– Genesys Cloud CX 3 license concurrent license.– Genesys Cloud FedRAMP license.– Genesys AI token.– Genesys AppFoundry partners.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
