Description

The Fire Department is looking to secure a vendor to provide Firefighting Boots for Station wear, Structure Fires and Wildland Firefighting operations as required by the Santa Monica Fire Department. Pricing page includes items in this bid may not be inclusive of all items. The intention of the bid is to award the bid to the best price per item. Vendors are encouraged to bid on any or all items they can supply. The City reserves the right to use the next best bidder should the equipment not be available from the primary bidder. Boots may be substituted for like for like or similar equipment due to NFPA standard changes and or supply chain issue delays or if a model is discontinued the latest version will be acceptable. Note: Substitution must be authorized by the Santa Monica Fire Department. The awarded bidder must provide a 30-day notice of discontinued or unavailable items and proposed alternative.
