(1) Vendor needs to provide towing and impound services to the government authority located in New Bern, NC.• Remove unauthorized vehicles from designated leased parking spaces upon an authorized request.• Tow and store removed vehicles at the contractor's secure storage facility.• Accept towing requests from the city or the lessee of the affected leased space, as authorized by the city.• Maintain basic records of each tow, including the date, time, lot, space number, vehicle identification, requesting party, storage location, and charges.• Provide tow and storage records to the city upon reasonable request.• Handle notifications and other procedures required by applicable law.• Protect vehicles and city property from damage during towing, transport, storage, and release.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
