(1) Vendor needs to provide swift grants demolition services to the government authority located in Wayne, NJ. – The demolition and proper disposal of the dwelling unit and associated sheds, complete with footings and or slabs/basements/crawl spaces, closing of all wells, pumping and filling of all septic systems, cesspools, pools, removal and testing of aboveground and/or underground storage tanks, and disconnecting of all utilities.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
