(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based legislative tracking and information management system.– The system enables staff to efficiently organize bill assignments, maintain visibility across all legislative activities, and ensure timely access to information necessary to assist the Governor in decision–making and policy development.– Provide a centralized platform for assigning filed legislation to multiple staff and sub accounts with unified oversight and tracking.– Deliver a secure, reliable, cloud–based solution that consolidates legislative and governmental information into a single platform accessible to authorized users.– Support assignment of legislation to multiple users. – Provide centralized visibility into bill status, history, amendments, votes, and related actions. – Include configurable alerts based on bill number, committee, topic, or event. – Maintain historical legislative data for previous sessions.– Provide advanced search capabilities across bills, entities, committees, historical data, and documents.– Include customizable reporting functionality and export options.– Provide user–specific dashboards summarizing assignments and monitored items.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.
