Vendor needs to provide M–System software license and support service.– The Contractor shall provide license and technical support for operational and compliance needs for the Morris Systems Inventory Software.• Performance Requirements:– Reliable system availability with minimal downtime– Scalable to support facility–wide operations– Capability to support direct patient care supply needs without disruption• Technical Requirements:– IT requirements must align with Indian Health Service safety and security guidelines and requirements.– Ongoing software updates and maintenance included– Vendor–provided technical support– Routine system maintenance and updates included in subscription– User assistance and troubleshooting services
