A9043T: Reissue of Bid Solicitation. This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number Doc5785924624 dated 04/08/2026 with a closing of 31/08/2026 at 2:00pm EST. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation. PWGSC, on behalf of Transport Canada, is issuing this REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) for the acquisition of Re-roofing services of various buildings at Complex Laval including construction services located in Laval, Quebec (Phase 3 and Phase 4) as detailed in Annex A.
