(1) Vendor needs to provide insurance entry and verification buffer support services to the government authority located in Tennessee.–  Insurance entry and verification services include the identification, establishment, update, termination, sequencing, resequencing, and coordination of benefits for medical and prescription insurance policies using authorized methods and systems.– Provide timely and effective communication necessary to resolve insurance entry questions, discrepancies, and concerns related to contract performance.– Responsible for determining the methods, staffing approach, and internal processes used to achieve the required results.–Timely completion of insurance entry and verification. – Data entry data accuracy. – Resolving insurance entry questions and concerns.
