(1) Vendor needs to provide web design, hosting and CMS solution. – Create a mobile–first, accessible site that supports seasonal campaigns, real–time updates, and conversion–focused design.– Create a modern, accessible, secure, and revenue–focused web presence for the Evergreen State Fair and Paine Field Airport that boosts ticket sales and encourages travelers to choose Paine Field.– The proposed content management system shall support users of varying technical skill levels and provide a streamlined content–upload process, including automatic image resizing and optimization, minimal required steps, and sufficient training and documentation for agency staff.• UX/UI & Accessibility: Design a mobile–first system and templates that meet WCAG 2.2 AA and support high–impact placements for conversion CTAs, real–time alerts, and promotional content.• CMS/Hosting & Security: Configure workflows for rapid publishing, scheduled promos, and emergency notices; provide staging and sandbox; implement SSO/IdP for staff, role–based permissions, backups, WAF, and uptime suitable for peak periods.• Content migration & creation: Inventory and migrate in–scope pages and documents with plain–language and accessibility remediation; provide limited UX writing for ticketing, parking, airline, concessions, and wayfinding content.• Revenue–critical integrations: Configure and verify connections for ticketing/e–commerce, events/calendar, airline and flight information, parking availability and payment, concessions and tenant listings, GIS/wayfinding maps, on–site search, email/SMS subscriptions, alerts, and social embeds.
