(1) Vendor needs to provide forecast risk communicator services to the government authority located in TX. – Provide meteorologist services and forecast risk communicator licenses, ongoing maintenance, and support services to ensure the software remains functional, secure and up to date.– Solution must include a comprehensive weather services subscription designed to support operational divisions through integrated forecasting, monitoring, and decision–support capabilities.– Tropical weather services: continuous monitoring, forecasting, and impact analysis for tropical systems, including hurricanes and severe storms, with decision–support tools and visualization products.– Pavement and Road Weather Decision Support: Web–based and mobile enabled platform delivering route–specific forecasts, pavement condition Modeling, maintenance recommendations, data integration, and configurable alerting.– GIS Weather Data Services: Access to real–time and forecasted weather data layers, including radar, satellite imagery, storm tracking, lightning, precipitation, and advanced severe weather analytics.– Integrated support and engagement: dedicated support including onsite and virtual meteorologist services for the division, participation in conference and hurricane workshops, and ongoing coordination to align weather services with operational needs.– Unified subscription model to ensure all divisions receive scalable, real–time weather intelligence and decision–support tools necessary to enhance safety, improve resource allocation, and strengthen emergency response capabilities.– Alerting Services: Configurable weather alerts and notifications delivered through email, text message, mobile application, or web–based notifications for weather conditions impacting.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 4, 2026.
