Special Projects Related to Workforce Development Services

The County of Orange, Department Name (hereinafter referred to as “County”), is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (hereinafter referred to as “Applicants”) for Description of Services . Applicants must meet the minimum qualifications and requirements as set forth within the RFP and be capable of providing services identified in the Scope of Work herein. Applicants may propose for one or multiple services requested in this RFP. A separate proposal is required for each service component. The RFP is managed by the Workforce and Economic Development Unit and is designed to provide funding for four distinct areas: • Business Development • Workforce Development (Youth and Adult Programs/Services) • Innovations • Consultancy
