(1) Vendor needs to provide video production services. – Provide professional video production firms to conceptualize, produce, and deliver a broadcast–quality state of the city video highlighting the city’s accomplishments, ongoing initiatives, and vision for the future.– Video Production:• Creative concept development in collaboration with the city’s multimedia division.• Production planning and scheduling. • Script consultation and production coordination.– Pre–Production:• Script consultation.– Production Capabilities:• Professional cinematography.• Aerial videography.• Motion graphics.• Special effect expertise including Visual Effects (VFX) and Computer–Generated Imagery (CGI).– Graphics Package:• Department title cards.• Animated maps.• Motion graphic elements.– Production Execution:• Direct and film approved production elements.• Utilize professional cinematography techniques.• Provide seamless on–location production management.• Provide necessary sound checks, and lighting tests prior to the event.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.
