EQU-19844 - USA (Luke, Arizona) - Audio Visual System and Install Services - Deadline September 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide audio visual system and install services for conference room to the government authority located in Luke, AZ.- Mounting the display and video bar to the display wall.- Mounting and securing the pendant microphone assembly.- Installing and securing the touch panel controller at the Operator's Desk.- Routing and terminating all cabling through the selected raceway and wall penetrations.- Installing all wall plates, grommets, cable management hardware, and labels.- Connecting the docking station at the Operator's Desk to the system.- Installing and applying firestop putty at all cable penetrations through rated assemblies as required by applicable code.- Verifying all power connections and confirming stable operation of each system component prior to programming.– Project ManagementThe Project Manager shall coordinate all scheduling, site access, procurement, and delivery activities– Microphone System — The contractor shall install the following microphones to ensure all conference room participants can be heard:- One (1) Logitech Rally Mic Pod (White, Part No. 952–000038) configured as a tabletop microphone for primary participants seated at the conference table- Floor Raceway — The contractor shall install an above–floor cable management raceway between the display wall and the Operator's Desk/Conference Table area. Two options are available and shall be coordinated with the Government prior to installation.
