Il presente appalto, indetto dalla Società ENVAL srl, titolare della concessione della gestione del Centro di Trattamento Rifiuti Solidi Urbani della Regione Valle D’Aosta (nel seguito indicata come la Committente), ha per oggetto il servizio di trasporto e trattamento dei rifiuti urbani aventi codice E.E.R. 19.12.12 discendenti dal trattamento di cernita meccanica e manuale dei rifiuti urbani a base plastica individuati con i codici E.E.R. 15.01.06 e 20.01.39, con punto di ritiro presso il Centro di Brissogne (AO).
