CONS-22365 - USA (Livermore, California) - Conceptual Design Development Service - Deadline July 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide conceptual design development service to the government authority located in Livermore, CA.  – Complete a design that will enable to achieve its water management goals, priorities, and the surface mining permit reclamation plan's requirements, and ensure viable future operations and maintenance.  – Develop design concept and criteria for the combined lakes, pipeline. – Review and comment on the proposed design.– Project management and coordination with Vulcan Materials consultant.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for year years.
