TRANSPORT-12283 - USA (Weslaco, Texas) - Charter Bus and Motor Coach Transportation Services - Deadline October 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide charter bus and motor coach transportation services capable of safely and reliably furnishing vehicles, drivers, dispatch support, and related transportation services on an as needed, district–wide basis for campuses and departments to the government authority located in Weslaco, TX.– Trip needs may include field trips, athletic and extracurricular travel, academic competitions, staff travel, campus events, graduation activities, and other authorized travel– Provide a replacement vehicle and qualified driver promptly when a mechanical failure or breakdown prevents continued service, and safely transfer passengers so the trip can proceed– Charter shall not permit its drivers to smoke on the bus, to drink any intoxicating beverage, or be under the influence of any illegal drugs or alcohol while operating any bus.(2) A pre–proposal meeting will be held on October 21, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 22, 2026.
