(1) Vendor needs to provide sponsorship and advertising sales services.• Provide input on identifying sponsorable assets including naming rights, signage, event experiences, activations, offers, and recommended enhancements to increase their value.• Develop a sponsorship program using the sponsorable assets to create tiered packages tailored to sponsor needs and ROI metrics.• Prepare and present customized proposals highlighting audience demographics, brand visibility and ROI.• Negotiate terms including all aspects of the sponsorship partnership, including benefits, obligations, term, and deliverables.• Finalize negotiations through agreement execution required contract format and conditions.• Compile reports with performance metrics, ROI date and sponsor satisfaction feedback.• Build long–term sponsor relationships to ensure retention through communication and value delivery.• Leverage sponsor engagement for future events, activities ensuring repeat sponsorships.• Increase cash sponsorship revenue year–over–year.(2) An optional pre–bid walk–through will be held on October 21, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 26, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
