EXTRA-76550 - USA (Maine) - Homeless Response System Hub Coordinator Services - Deadline October 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide homeless response system hub coordinator services.– Homeless Service Hubs that provide Access, Assessment, Prioritization and Coordination for the homeless response system.– Improve the quality and use of local data and maintain data for a Hub level data dashboard;• Implement and iterate new system design elements using data driven decision making; • Test key strategies to reduce homelessness among locally identified priority populations; • Serve as coordinator and team lead for system change; and • Sustain progress while scaling efforts to other populations experiencing homelessness.• Serve as Community Liaison for the Homeless Response Service Hub Team. • Engage new partners in the local Homeless Response System.• Provide general support and coordination to all Coordinated Entry–related projects and activities for the Hub.• Implement and oversee reporting system and data tracking tools for Coordinated Entry, including responsibility for the Hub Data Dashboard.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026.
