(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering services to the government authority located in Pensacola, FL.        – Construction, renovation, remodeling, reroofing and other building maintenance, equipment installation, pre–engineered metal buildings, greenhouses, and fire code corrections.– Areas requiring renovation or remodeling may include all types of classrooms, laboratories, library and media centers, offices and related functions, reception and waiting areas, lobbies and corridors, atriums, courtyards and plazas, modular and pre–engineered buildings, conference rooms, health services, dormitories, and athletic facilities.– Provide design, construction documents and construction administration services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 01, 2026.         (3) The contract period will be for three years.
