(1) Vendor needs to provide assistant municipal prosecutor service to the government authority located in Hamilton, NJ.• The Assistant Municipal Prosecutor shall provide all necessary and desirable legal counsel and advice requested for the prosecution of cases before the Municipal Court of the Township on a set schedule, except such crimes and offenses as it may be the duty of the county or state officer to prosecute, including, but not limited to review of criminal background checks.• The session schedule is as follows:– Every Monday and Thursday there are two (2) sessions held per day. Morning sessions begin at 8:30 a.m., and afternoon sessions begin at 1:00 p.m.– Every Tuesday, there are three (3) sessions held. The morning session begins at 8:30 a.m., the afternoon session begins at 1:00 p.m., and the evening session begins at 6:00 p.m.– Wednesday and Friday have either one or two sessions. If only a p.m. session is scheduled for a Wednesday, there will be two (2) sessions (a.m. and p.m.) on Friday. If on Wednesday there are two sessions (a.m. and p.m.) scheduled, there will be one a.m. session scheduled on Friday.– This session schedule is subject to change at the Court’s discretion(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.
