EXTRA-72089 - USA (Mercer, New Jersey) - Comprehensive Assessment Consultant Services - Deadline July 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive assessment consultant services to the government authority located in Mercer, NJ.– The consultant shall conduct a thorough, data–driven analysis of the workforce development board’s operations, including to stakeholder engagement, program performance evaluation, and identification of system–wide strengths, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. – Stakeholder engagement the consultant shall conduct structured stakeholder engagement activities.– Engagement with employers, training providers, and community–based organizations.– Input sessions with program participants and workforce system stakeholders, as appropriate.– Documentation and synthesis of stakeholder feedback to inform findings and recommendations.– Recommendations and strategic planning the consultant shall develop both short–term and long–term recommendations.– Strategies to enhance coordination among workforce partners and stakeholders.– Recommendations for the integration or enhancement of technology platforms and data systems.(2) The contract period will be for one year.   (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 7, 2026.
