(1) Vendor needs to provide civic branding strategy creation and implementation service. • Create a civic brand identity which is adaptable and scalable for growth which can be integrated into city operations and marketing and able to be applied to placemaking, wayfinding, economic development marketing, tourism promotion and cultural programs.• Ensure digital and traditional platforms are consistent and accessible.• Build long–term trust and legitimacy by breaking down silos within the city with a brand that is authentic and compelling that not only reflects the city’s identity but also inspires pride and belonging among all stakeholders• Manage tasks and communication; track progress and provide progress reports.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Sep 21, 2026.
