CONS-23303 - USA (King, Washington) - Electrical Engineering Services - Deadline September 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide electrical engineering services to the government authority located in King, WA.– lighting, HVAC systems, core service operations for up to thirty–six hours during utility outages– the design solution should include solar panels, battery system, and generator, if required– the system should include automatic transfer from utility power when service is not available• Design & Engineering:o Provide all design phase services.o Produce plans, specifications, cost estimates and timelines necessary for construction • Construction Consulting:o Once authorized, provide ongoing full Engineering consulting services including but not limited to review of submittals, requests for information, change orders evaluations, and final field inspections/commissioning oversight(2) A mandatory pre–submittal conference will be held on September 1, 2026.(3) All question must eb submitted no later than September 10, 2026.
