NET-16980 - USA (Austin, Texas) - Relay Services - Deadline September 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide relay services to the government authority located in Austin, Texas. – Provide relay services for substation, power plants, transmission and distribution systems. – Provide the agency with ready access to contractor's labor force, supervision, equipment, tools, safety devices, temporary materials, and conveyances for the installation and performance of routine and emergency relay services for substation, power plants, transmission and distribution systems. • Receive, load, transport, and unload Austin Energy materials in a safe and efficient manner.• Install and remove fiber optic cable and inner–duct within control houses and out to individual equipment as instructed.• Assemble, install, disassemble, uninstall, transport, and dispose of existing relay panels, battery chargers, battery racks, AC/DC panels, etc.• Install and wire SCADA remote terminal units and RTACs.• Perform equipment, system, station, transmission and distribution commissioning, testing and startup to full energization using forms and testing procedures accepted by agency. • Conduct substation, power plant, transmission and distribution relay system and equipment maintenance and testing.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years. (4) Pre–bid conference will be held on August 27, 2026.
