Vendor needs to provide professional services to the government authority located in Albuquerque, NM.1. Student support services:– Design instructional, intervention, and therapy programs based on individual student needs and established plan (i.e., individualized educational plan).– Re–assess and modify intervention plans when necessary; provide progress reports to parents, teachers, and case managers; maintain records in accordance with federal regulations.– Research evidence–based interventions, assessment tools, supports, approaches, and community resources to determine appropriate services and recommendations for students.2. Assessment, evaluation, and eligibility determination:– Review and analyze student records, intervention data, child study team referrals, teacher concerns, parent requests, cumulative records, observations, and other relevant educational information to determine evaluation needs and identify any additional assessments required, as appropriate and within the contractor's professional licensure or certification.– Develop evidence–based recommendations for specially designed instruction, accommodations, modifications, assistive technology, related services, instructional interventions, and other educational supports based upon assessment findings.3. Case management:– Review student files and individualized education program information to understand each student's educational, behavioral, and social–emotional needs.– Document services, therapy and intervention sessions, consultations, observations, and evaluations using school–approved documentation procedures and service logs.4. Child find:– Participate in child find activities through consultation, screening, data review, observations, and evaluation planning to identify students who may require special education or related services.5. Planning and organization:– Develop and maintain a schedule for evaluations, observations, direct student services, consultations, site visits, multidisciplinary team meetings, assessment planning, consent procedures, required documentation, and other psychological and educational services in consultation with special education case managers.
