(1) Vendor needs to provide professional services structural engineer review services to the government authority located in Maryland.– The roof assessment must include a formal inspection of the roof’s physical condition, structural capacity, orientation, and shading profile.• Structural Details: Rafter size, spacing, and condition. • Load Capacity: Details confirming the existing framing is sufficient to bear the dead load of the panels. • Orientation and Tilt: Assessment of the azimuth angle relative to true south and the roof pitch in degrees. (2) A Mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 18, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026.
