(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk services to the government authority located in South Carolina.– Provide preconstruction and construction services.• Collaboration with the project team to develop the optimum approach to the construction including identifying long lead items, Owner Furnished Equipment and early/enabling projects, phasing/sequencing the work. • Constructability review of the project construction documents and specifications as they are developed by the project Architect/Engineer (A/E); • Preparing and updating project schedules. • Project cost control and forecasting. • Project reporting – general progress (cost, schedule, completed and planned work, etc.), issues, and management discussion and analysis. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 2, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026.
