Vendor needs to provide infrastructure construction services to the government authority located in CO. – Perform a broad range of construction services associated with agency capital improvements, including site preparation, demolition, utility improvements, concrete and pavement work, sidewalks, streetscape enhancements, street improvements, public art installations, landscaping, lighting, drainage improvements, installation of site furnishings, and other public infrastructure projects. – Construction services may also include self–performing work or managing subcontractors, obtaining required permits, furnishing labor, materials, equipment, traffic control, and temporary facilities, maintaining site safety, coordinating with utilities and stakeholders, and providing project documentation and closeout deliverables.
