(1) Vendor needs to provide interior renovations services to the government authority located in Kansas City, MO. – Project includes interior renovations of the existing building, including new flooring, ceilings, paint, Windows, plumbing fixtures, lighting and HVAC.– Exterior work consists of Playgrounds and play spaces. Concrete ramp installation.– Scopes of work bidding with this package include:– Selective demolition.– Concrete.– Masonry.– Structural steel.– Rough carpentry.– Waterproofing or joint sealants.– Expansion control.– Doors, frames, and hardware.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 9, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 3, 2026.
