(1) Vendor needs to provide plan review and inspection services to the government authority located in Healdsburg, CA.• Provide building inspection services during the course of construction of facilities to enforce compliance with the provisions of applicable laws including city ordinances and regulations set forth on the plans for which the permit is issued.• Consultant shall assign competent personnel whose background, experience, applicable certifications, and demeanor demonstrate an ability to conduct inspections of the type required under this agreement, in accordance with city standards.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
