Vendor needs to provide Fiber optic network rebuild service to the government authority located in Longmont, CO. – Provide fully functional Fiber optic network that will allow a user to transmit data at greater than 10 Gbps data rate from any building or field site to any building or field site and provide access to legacy networks at currently available data rates.• Create a budget with realistic cost estimates for the design of the network, construction, equipment purchases, and equipment installs as a portion of project deliverables.• Deliver a project plan that covers all phases of the project to be completed in FY26.• Create construction blueprints to be used during construction and later “as–built” drawings as project deliverables.• Pedestals for terminating Fiber pairs and connecting with weatherproofed Fiber jumpers at easily accessible roadside locations near field sites.• Any applicable industry–standard signage/markers needed to identify buried cable locations, splice points, etc.• Fiber distribution bays to terminate each building’s allocation of Fiber pairs in a way that allows the Fiber to be interconnected individually.• Fiber optic transceivers that will allow for termination of each Fiber pair in a building with the fastest connection speed that is available and within budget.• Any electrical or Fiber optic jumper cables needed to connect transceivers and Fiber distribution bays or networking equipment.• Core Cisco pass through switches 200G/25G optics, and site patching for all buildings.• Install all new CAT 6A cable to all workstations in compliance with any/all industry standards and building codes as well as the build plans developed by the contractor.
