(1) Vendor needs to provide secondary market brokers and agent services• Providing market intelligence and analysis relevant to tracking of secondary markets• Providing market data on historical pricing of funds, including reference dates, terms (i.e. deferrals), headline price, and commitment amounts transacted• Providing including to strategies, managers, funds, and potential pricing, being marketed for sale.• Developing and recommending transaction structure, timing, and execution strategy• Designing and facilitating competitive transaction processes• Identifying and evaluating potential buyers• Advising and supporting TRS in negotiating transaction terms and pricing• Supporting the execution of transactions through closing(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 3, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 31, 2026
