Vendor needs to provide general utility matters technical services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– Provide technical assistance, education, and outreach to consumers and ratepayers, community groups, associations, and the consumer utility board; and provide legislative analysis and information to the council of the agency on matters relating to utilities.– Provide technical consulting services on utility matters, including general utility issues in accounting, finance, engineering, rate design, and climate change or environment.– Technical firm or firms will provide technical advice in engineering, finance, economic analysis, and accounting, and will offer recommendations to the people’s counsel and the litigation service division on a variety of utility–related matters, including assistance in responding to inquiries from the council and other critical stakeholders that require prompt responses.
