(1) Vendor needs to provide study abroad medical insurance service to the government authority located in Ogden, UT. – Provide medical insurance for study away travel programs (domestic and international) for state university.– These programs consist of academic year and semester programs, intersession abroad programs, as well as short–term summer faculty–led study abroad and domestic travel programs.– Programs take place throughout the world, including the United States, England, Germany, Japan, China, Ireland, Ghana, France, Peru, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Finland, and Spain.– Insurance premiums will be paid by the University and will be required coverage for students participating in study away programs, other educational programs requiring travel inside and outside the United States.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 9, 2026.
