(1) Vendor needs to provide landscaping services to the government authority located in Owings Mills, MD.• Grass clippings shall not be blown into fence mesh, onto guy anchor rods, or into building infrastructure.• Any tree saplings or woody “volunteers“ emerging within the mowing zone or at the perimeter edge must be cut down during each mowing event to prevent the establishment of brush.• String trim around all poles, signs, fences, buildings and tower guy anchor fence areas, as well as other obstructions during each cutting.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on August 28, 2026.
