(1) Vendor needs to provide event producer service. – Contractor must be able to provide professional event planning, management and production services to the agency on an 'as–needed basis“ to support the agency's event schedule at various locations. – Contractor will provide the following services to agency:• Project Management & Production Leadership:o Day–to–day project management leadership for assigned productions verticals;o Development and maintenance of production timeline, task lists, and deliverables tracker;o Coordination of internal agency staff, campus partners, vendors, speakers, and performers;o Liaison between agency production team and external stakeholders throughout the productionlifecycle;o Vendor coordination, documentation tracking, and contract/deliverables management onbehalf of agency.o Post–event wrap–up, invoice coordination, and reconciliation support.• Program Development & Show Managemento Program architecture development, run of show creation, and show flow management;o Script development coordination version control, and distribution o all relevant parties;o Rehearsal planning and on–site execution support;o Onsite show calling and production troubleshooting;o Talent and performer coordination and management as required• Creative & Design Supporto Creative and conceptual development support across program and environmental elements;o Vendor identification and sourcing support for event design needs, including scenic, decor,environmental, fabrication, graphics, print, video and experiential design partners as applicable.• On–Site Executiono On–Site production management and show calling for assigned eventso On–site vendor management during load–in, setup, rehearsal, event execution, and strike toensure design element are installed, maintained, adjusted, and removed according to plan;o Primary point of contact for evert–day issues requiring production–level judgment andescalation(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.
