(1) Vendor needs to provide farm fresh strategic plan service. – Provide comprehensive services to facilitate the development of a long–term, statewide Farm to School and Early Care Strategic Plan.– Provide a strategic and collaborative roadmap to advance the farm to school and early care movement.– Promote and integrate agriculture within schools and early care settings.– Develop and provide supportive network to producers, schools, early care providers and other stakeholders to implement plan strategies.– develop, facilitate, and coordinate a statewide strategic plan that establishes clear goals for increasing locally sourced food in childcare and school meals, detailed strategies for engaging farmers, communities, school administration, and students, and a strong evaluation framework to measure progress and impact.– create a workplan based on the strategic plan that establishes the most critical and strategic action steps and prioritizes goals and activities for the coming years.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 11, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.
