(1) Vendor needs to provide public housing repositioning legal services to the government authority located in Martinez, CA. – Provide non–litigation real estate development counsel specializing in legal disciplines necessary to convert public housing.– Outside legal assistance for real estate development projects.– Provide advice as needed to engage developers, and enter agreements with developers, lenders and investors.– Perform all legal work in connection with acquisition and disposition of real property, including the examination of preliminary title reports.– Establish special purpose entities as necessary for the conversion of public housing ownership and property management operations.– Review all financing documents for both debt and equity transactions.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 4, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 16, 2026.
